To the Customer

For your peace of mind, all my products are made with natural ingredients. Where possible, I buy locally. Using these carefully sourced ingredients, I create fresh products that keep all the natural flavours

Good for You & Good for the Environment  

My products do not contain artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives. Local production minimises damages to the environment. I also use a minimum of packaging material, biodegradable if possible.

My Product Range

My fresh&fabulous range is heavily influenced by the German and French art of pastry making. My cakes are typically lighter and with less sugar than more conventional versions. You can find my products at local health and farm shops as well as on the Internet. Your comments are more than welcome. Running a small local business allows me to cater for individual tastes.
