Cake Varieties
These are some of the most popular cakes of the Fresh and Fabulous range. Some are not offered all year round, as the ingredients are seasonal. Please check the labels of each product for a complete list of ingredients.
Cherry Nut Cake
Black cherries, nuts and chocolate give this cake a lovely moist texture. If customers are interested, I can offer a gluten free* version of this gateau.

Apple and Almond Tart
This is an apple pie with a twist: short pastry covered with fresh apples and a crunchy almond topping.
Quarkkuchen with Pears
Quark is the German equivalent to Italian ricotta. The low-fat Quark, fresh pears and fresh lemon juice give this Torte a light and fresh taste. The top layer of very soft meringue tends to produce tiny golden “pearls”when cooling down. This is a natural effect and has not been added.

Rhubarb Meringue Cake
In this seasonal cake the tangy taste of fresh rhubarb is complemented by the sweetness of the meringue.
Black Cherry and Crème Fraîche Gateau
A very refreshing torte – short pastry is covered with a layer of black cherries and Crème Fraîche. If customers are interested, I can offer a gluten free* version of this gateau.

Apple and Cream Torte
This cake contains whole apples (without core and skin of course) baked in a creamy custard sauce.
* These products do not contain wheat or other gluten-containing grain, but I do handle products that contain wheat in my kitchen, so cross-contamination must always be considered.
