My products do not contain artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives. Local and organic production minimises damages to the environment. I also use a minimum of packaging material

My Product Range

My fresh&fabulous range is heavily influenced by the German and French art of pastry making. My cakes are typically lighter and with less sugar than more conventional versions. You can find my products at local health and farm shops as well as on the Internet. Your comments are more than welcome. Running a small local business allows me to cater for individual tastes. During the introductory phase I will offer various mini-cakes or muffins for you to try and discover your favourites. On this leaflet you will also find a list and short descriptions of most cakes.
